So of course after I post about this everywhere, blurb.com announces a $10 discount on all books over $29.95 if you use the codes below. If the prices were holding you back (I had no control over them, the website sets them), hopefully that's not the case now. Be sure to "apply" the code on the order page, they do not void orders even if you make a mistake, as I found out the hard way.
